NATS TEAS are naturally grown, which means they add value and promote wholeness without taking away from your health in any way. We are very intentional about sourcing local and have beautiful connections with local businesses in our area of Ontario, Canada where we have access to sustainably farmed ingredients in larger quantities to add to what we grow here ourselves. Our teas do not contain pesticide residues, artificial sweeteners, artificial flavours, GMOs, plastic or petroleum-based chemicals. Instead of using "fanning" plant dust in tea bags which contain very little to no nutritional value or flavour, we keep the herbs intact to protect their natural elements and healing properties. This method significantly improves the extraction and infusion of minerals, vitamins, plant oils, medicinal qualities and beautiful full bodied flavours. These flavours, textures, colours and fragrances all contribute to an incredibly uplifting sensory experience which brings healing on multiple levels, not only for the body, but also the soul.

Nats Story.

A Journey of Healing and Transformation

In 2016, Natalie Marx, the visionary and founder of Nats Teas, faced a sudden, life-altering diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis. This condition, marked by chronic
inflammation and joint pain rapidly deteriorated her ability to perform basic tasks. From being an active and strong individual, within months she found herself struggling with daily activities, unable to work, drive, or even dress independently. The medical prognosis was grim: there was no cure, and her quality of life and her future seemed reliant on a regiment of pharmaceutical drugs and ongoing specialist consultations.

Yet, in the face of this adversity, Natalie’s spirit was unyielding. Driven by her new-found faith in God and a relentless pursuit of knowledge of natural ways of healing, she embarked on a transformative journey. Natalie delved deep into research, exploring the realms of natural remedies by looking back in history and learning the ways of healing that have been practiced throughout the ages and spiritual healing through faith and believing in God who created all things. Her thinking was, if we understand that modern medicine has not been around all that long in the scope and timeline of human history, why don’t we learn the long-standing successful ways of natural medicine, making use of the medicinal qualities that God has provided us freely through nature. If placed in the right environment the body will heal itself. Through this exploration, she discovered the profound benefits of nature’s remedies, particularly in the form of herbal plants for healing and wholeness.

Founding Nats Teas: From Despair to Hope

Natalie’s healing journey became the foundation for Nats Teas. After experiencing her own transformation, a friend from overseas asked Natalie to create a herbal tea blend to help with her health struggles. Word spread quickly, and Nats Teas was born. Natalie realized her gift could help others, and she began making teas for people worldwide.

Her mission is clear: to share the healing power of natural remedies that transformed her life. Each herbal tea blend she creates is designed to promote holistic wellness and health, with the hope that everyone who drinks Nats Teas feels rejuvenated, healed, and restored.
