Steeping Guide
Place 1.5 - 2 tsp of loose-leaf tea into an infuser or directly into an 8oz glass. If making a full teapot use tbsp instead of tsp. Let steep for 5-15 minutes. If tea leaves were placed directly in a glass or teapot, strain and enjoy. Let steep for 15 minutes to an hour for deeper infusion and extraction of flavor and nutrient/mineral content. Sweeten with organic honey or maple syrup.
