Black tea is known for helping the body burn fat and assisting with healthy weight loss, and Cinnamon boosts metabolism. Anti-inflammatory - whether dealing with a toothache or more complicated chronic pain, chai spices can help reduce pain. Steeping Guide
Place 1.5 -2 tsp. of loose-leaf Chai into an infuser or directly into a teapot. Let steep 10-15 minutes or longer, depending on your personal preference. Longer steep time to properly infuse the flavours and nutrient content. Option to add warm milk and/or sweeten with organic honey. Personal tip: I love a rich strong infusion and will place the tea leaves and spices directly in a pot on the stove and let simmer and then sit for an hour or more to steep during the day and use when I'm ready. Enjoy it your way.
