Benefits:
Valeria and the Latin verb "valere" meaning, "to be strong and healthy". Safe for children. Reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and improve sleep quality. Does not cause morning drowsiness. Since the Middle Ages Valerian Root has been used to treat insomnia and sleeping disorders by regulating the nerve impulses in the nervous system. May help with anxious behaviours. Chamomile, Lavender, and Lemon Balm balance and calm the body through healing in multiple ways. They also work together to reduce chronic inflammation which brings positive changes to your daytime as well.
*Can be taken in place of Melatonin. Not recommended to take both together.*
Steeping Guide
Place 1.5 - 2 tsp of loose-leaf tea into an infuser or directly into an 8oz glass. If making a full teapot use tbsp instead of tsp. Let steep for 5-15 minutes. If tea leaves were placed directly in a glass or teapot, strain and enjoy. Let steep for 15 minutes to an hour for deeper infusion and extraction of flavour and nutrient/mineral content. Sweeten with organic honey or maple syrup.
